However there are some changes here and there to make it the best budget 1/28 possible.

Unfortanetly I received mine with a complete dead battery which was not chargeable with any of my chargers. I used an other lipo from one of my other K989'ers and the car works fine. I will try to get an other replacement battery from Bangood but It's hard to go thru the procedure.

I had a similar issue, turns out the battery plug was not fully inserted despite looking like it was. Next best option is to just buy another and have some spares in the unlikely case something mechanical breaks

I believe it to be, but it is worth double checking with a meter to be sure it will run. The led’s come in the box, and you install them yourself, if you so choose, which should make it easier for doing as you need
